Working with a client in the medical industry, we had the opportunity to create an explainer videothat addressed the challenging topic of living with an ostomy. The project aimed to illustrate the daily struggles of ostomy patients in a way that is both understandable and aesthetic. This task required a high level of sensitivity, as the subject matter involves personal aspects of patient care that can be difficult to visualize directly.
Animation allowed us to present these issues symbolically and abstractly. Instead of realistic imagery, we used subtle, visually pleasing illustrations that capture the essence of the experience without causing discomfort. Our design and animation style, including the color palette, were closely aligned with the client's brand identity to ensure visual consistency and a clear marketing message.
